But today, we’re here to let you know that there’s a light festival that’s ongoing and it’s the largest one in Malaysia! Whenever you’re ready to find out more, just keep scrolling.
Upcycle Park Hosts Malaysia’s Largest Light Festival 2020
Okay, before we spill more details, have you guys ever heard of Upcycle Park located at Seberang Perai? This recreational park actually made it into Malaysia Book of Records because it’s developed from waste and used materials. Can you guys believe it? An actual park made from these reusable materials and costs merely RM2000 for the entire project.
Alright now that we’re done with a quick history, let’s get into the main point. As of right now, the entire park is being lit up with a total of 680,000 LED lights in conjunction with the Luna Lights Wonderland. In addition to that, there are also more interesting elements here such as the LED Tunnels with a length of 50 meters! This means that it’s perfect for your Instagram!
The main highlight for this festival is the Monkey Mascot named Luna. Did you guys know that it’s the largest one in Malaysia with a height of 11.5 meters? With so many interesting LED concepts everywhere in Upcycle Park, the entrance fee is only RM 8 for adults! While for children aged 4 and below, it’s only RM 4.
Light Festival + Food Truck Event Happening Right Now
So once you’re done strolling along the brightly lit park, there’s also a food truck event that’s happening. And of course, no one can resist some food truck goodies. Right?
