While this man took some time off (1 month was way too long without him) to revitalize his health while waiting for the renovation to be completed at Siam Road 82 Kopitiam, the restaurant OPENS TODAY and the SIAM ROAD CHAR KOAY TEOW WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ITS MAGIC ON OUR TASTEBUDS!
Siam Road Char Koay Teow RE-OPENS
Located right across the street from the previous spot where he used to fry the noodles on a 4 wheel food cart, this new restaurant is now known as 82, Siam Road Char Koay Teow.
In case you forgot of the achievement this plate of flat noodles has gained internationally, Ranked14th in the Top 50 lost at the World Street Congress 2017 Manila, Uncle Tan aged 77 whose been the man behind this refined smoky Char Koay Teow cooks using the charcoal technique for ultimate flavor. Unimpressed with the recent fame he has gained over the years, this man likes to keep it low key and shine through his work of art.
