According to the announcement, the show is an unscripted 10-episode cooking series and Gomez will be joined remotely by various master chefs who will guide her through each meal. Though the list of chefs have not been revealed, I’m guessing Gordon Ramsay or Rachael Ray should be one of them? Any good guesses?

“I’ve always been very vocal about my love of food. I think I’ve been asked hundreds of times in interviews if I had another career, what would I do and I’ve answered that it would be fun to be a chef,” Gomez said in a press release.

The “funny and casual” cooking show will answer most of your cooking questions and capture the joys and struggles of learning how to cook! And because this actress, singer, producer and entrepreneur is also a philanthropist, Gomez’s new cooking show will highlight food-related charities.

Apparently like many of us – average Joes, celebrities like Gomez finds herself cooking more and experimenting in the kitchen while being home. Maybe some of you have already started working from the office this CMCO and won’t be having as much time to cook, while some of you are still working from home. Regardless, stay safe and keep an eye out for the cooking show to up your skills cause you never know when you need it!
