Penang Records Lowest COVID-19 Cases in 45 Days:

There’s no denying that the surge of COVID-19 cases in Penang for the past month has been worrying. The highest number the state has hit was 2,474 new cases on the 8th of September.

Today marks the lowest COVID-19 cases that Penang has recorded in 45 days, with 1,052 new cases. The latest statistics have just been officially announced on the Facebook page of our health DG.

As of today, the state has hit a total of 123, 649 COVID-19 cases, and Malaysia recorded a total of 13,754 new cases.
