Good evening Penangites. We’re back once again with another heartbreaking news. As we all know, the effect that comes with global pandemic COVID-19 is unavoidable. Everyone was forced to take a break for 2 months and put all businesses on a hiatus. Today, we’ve just got an update that one of Penang’s long-standing cafe, HH+ by Haven Harbour will be ceasing its operations.
HH+ by Haven Harbour Signing Off With A Heartfelt Message
HH+ by Haven Harbour has been around for 6 years and throughout their journey, they have been blessing us with quality food. With a wide range of menu, albeit every single dish still well-executed, their signature item, Truffle Fries remains a crowd-favourite. Here at HH+, it isn’t just a mediocre cafe serving burgers or pasta, but it’s a versatile cafe that prides itself on their finest-quality fares.
When it comes to dining in, most of us will pay equal amount of attention to the venue’s ambience as well, right? And, HH+ by Haven Harbour is the kind of cafe that ticks all the boxes for both food and ambience. If you recall, their very first outlet opened up at Nagore Square, moved to New World Park and now, Pulau Tikus.
In a heartfelt post announced on their official Facebook page, it was stated that this decision wasn’t an easy one. Despite having to cease operations, all employees at HH+ have been ‘arranged (for) subsequent jobs’. In addition, the team intended to call it a day on the 31st of May but its final service will now fall on 7th June 2020.
One Final Week Before Goodbye
So, if you reside in Penang but you’ve yet to visit the cafe, this will be the final week to savour their lip-smacking fares. While you’re there for one last time, make the most out of your final HH+ meal before saying goodbye.
