Get your English Big Breakfast fix at The Daily Dose Cafe; you can never go wrong, along with their famed Big Breakfast or House BLT. Daily Dose Cafe is a humble cafe and wine bar that serves varieties Western & Asian Fusion dishes such as English breakfast, pasta, toast, dumpling, noodles and wine (of course). They strive to serve simple yet wholesome and tasty foods. Another plus point is, all of their coffees are handcrafted. This is the place to enjoy some authentic coffee in a picturesque neighborhood on a gleeful day.
EXTERIOR
The cafe is situated in a quiet spot with a shady veranda in Lorong Stewart, George Town. The crowd’s favorite would have to be their menu, handcrafted coffee, friendly team and cozy environment.
INTERIOR
The ambiance here is cozy as mentioned above. In addition, it coupled with homely feel, aims to be the kind of place that feels like “stepping into a friend’s home”. It also played well with the natural sunlight strike into the cafe’s mini pool ( I suppose, correct me if I got it wrong). Well, the only downside here is you can get a little sweaty if you dine al-fresco (without air-con). However, you can choose to dine comfortably in the air-con room.

FOOD
Breakfast like a king! HAHA* The Big Breakfast RM20, comes with sausages, bacon, beans, toast, mouthwatering egg, lettuce, tomatoes in biji and mashed potatoes. Strictly speaking, the sausages were too dry and salty too our taste buds. This should be improved.
We also ordered the Sunny Side Up, RM10. It’s an affordable grub and hearty meal, a pretty decent choice for small eater!
One of the signature dishes – House BLT. You’ll be served with crispy toasts topped with crunchy bacon strips and sunny-side ups. We like the sauce that drizzled on top.
Caramel Macchiato, RM14- freshly steamed milk with syrup is marked with espresso and topped with caramel drizzle for an oh-so-sweet finish that will please most people.
Latte, RM11 – I like how the coffee presented. Coffee connoisseurs, are you up for this?
