The Pork Platter makes the perfect centerpiece dish. Comprise of four different pork dishes, the appetising dish also comes with glutinous rice and dipping sauces. Kicking off, we have pork skewers, a must-order in every Thai restaurant. It has Chiang Mai Sausages, a hard to find Thai delicacy in Penang. Of course, pork neck and pork balls are an absolute must!

3. Lime & Chili Fish

Oh, this is one of the dishes that you will need to order, regardless of any Thai restaurant that you step into. The centerpiece dish comes with a candle right at the bottom of the platter, keeping it hot. For the fish, you can choose between sea bass and snapper! The fish is perfectly fresh, and the soup has a strong flavour. It is a little more sour, than spicy.
