Remember the guy who appeared at KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital dressed up as Ultraman Zero for vaccination? Ever since the post went viral, he has been a mascot in Penang, spreading joy and positivity during this unprecedented time. This morning, he was once again spotted at a roadblock along Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, giving away National Day celebration kits for motorists.
Ultraman Zero Spotted Giving Away National Day Celebration Kits at Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway:
Motorists on Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway heading towards the Penang Bridge were greeted with a surprise guest today. Mohamad Syukur Nohd Patthi, 27 who went viral for dressing up as Ultraman Zero to the vaccination centre at Bandar Perda appeared at the roadblock.
Once again dressed up as Ultraman Zero, he was invited by the police and Penang Information Department to cheer up and hand over celebration kits to motorists in conjunction with National Day.
For those of you who didn’t know, Malaysia is celebrating its 64th year of Independance on the 31st of August.
“I am happy to be here with the police to boost morale as National Day nears,” said Mohamad Syukur.
Penang Information Department director Dr Haniff Hassan said that they wanted to advocate the spirit of patriotism and pass the ‘Jalur Gemilang’ flag to the public while checking their document during the roadblock.
The National Day celebration kit contains a hand sanitizer, face masks and Jalur Gemilang, the Malaysian flag.
