A study states that we spend close to 9 hours a day on social media platforms. Let’s just assume we spend beauty sleeping for about 8 hours a day. That leaves us with 7 hours a day to eat, get done with the big business, shower, work, help out with the home chores, travel, communicate, pee, laugh and stare. Now where’s the time to do something for the soul? While we scroll through other people’s fun day out or take that hour to form that caption, the day turns into night and it’s JUST. TOO.LATE
Top 5 things to try this week!
Let’s just try something new this week. We dare you to skip the usual routine and try one of the Top 5 things to try this week. It would just be like the day when heading to the playground was the best thing to do! #WeeklyFoodGuide
1. Watercolour Bakery & Cafe
Looking out for new cafes to sit back, chill and read a book maybe? Established in KL and recognized for their balanced and healthy meal concept, their in-house 5 colored fruit juice will substitute all the conventional drink you’ve been holding on to. Best part: Home bread and pastries will be on 50% DISCOUNT after 5 pm. A perfect retreat for a quiet evening.
2. Pentagon 5
Recently launched on the 14th of May, this hippy spot mimicking their well-known branch in Raja Uda Butterworth needs some love. Now I did say give the phone a break but who am I kidding? With such Instragrammable vibe all the way it would be rude to not take a shot or two. From coffees, western and Asian meals to cakes and soft serves, its an all rounder.

We, humans, are so extra. First, there was Milo but that wasn’t good enough hence some angel came up with ‘ Dinasour Milo’. Then, instead of having nasi lemak the old-fashioned style, now we can have it in a form of a burger (Thanks Mcd). Whats Next? Giant Milkshake Guys!!!! ABOUT TIME I’d say. Representing all the anime-lovers out there, this cafe is doing a great job at attracting the crowd with this sweet idea. It’s so big you’d actually consider sharing.
