Stressing on that, we opt for their Tom Kha, a mild coconut soup paired with their signature deep-fried pork knuckle, cha-om omelet, Kang kong ( eat your veggies) ending the evening sweetly with coconut milk and water chestnuts. Deeply rooted back to the original preparation of it, their boat noodles are so rich in flavors of cinnamon, garlic, and paprika among others.
