Bigger and better, they’ve launched a whole new line of menu as well as an upgrade to their space. Don’t look away because their brand new concept is seriously tempting.
Thunderbird is Back with A Brand New Concept – New Ambience:
For those of you who didn’t know, Thunderbird is a restaurant nestled along Burma Road, in Wayton Court to be precise. They’ve been offering a young, fun Chinese vibe all along, but recently got an upgrade. We mean a complete makeover, with exciting menu and ambience.
Let’s talk about the ambience first. Not ditching the Asian concept, but instead injected a contemporary element to the existing space. Modern furniture and concrete elements are added, giving the ambience an Izakaya vibe, with Chinese accent decors. Diners will have a good time taking photos at every corner of the restaurant.
Thunderbird is Back with A Brand New Concept – New Menu:
Besides a makeover of their space, Thunderbird has also extended their menu, now offering a range of cuisines. Expect a variety of selections, from Korean to Japanese, Western and Japanese, there’s basically something for everyone.
Don’t forget to try out their Hot Stone Mala series. Spicy, numbing and tantalizing, savour the mala flavor in different choices of proteins. It is also served in a hot stone to preserve the heat and flavor.
Want to try out different flavors for sharing? Thunderbird has a selection of appetizers, ranging from cold to hot. Our pick: Signature Bikini Sandwich, Uni Ikura Don and Steamed Clam.
A hearty meal isn’t complete without mains. The restaurant offers a plethora of mains in the menu, from chargrilled, to rice and noodles. We would highly recommend their Australian Wagyu Ribeye M8 and Chargrilled Iberico Chasu Ramen.
End your night with some quality booze and pair them with your meal for the best dining experience. They even have a bar counter dedicated to serve you some of the best imported liquor.
There’s just a lot in the menu, enough to pay a few visits and try out different dishes each time, we’re not kidding. Prices are pretty affordable too in terms of portions and quality of food, so bring your loved ones along for a fail proof meal.
