Let’s be honest, the one thing that we miss the most in 2020 is to hop on a plane and travel, especially to our neighbouring country, Thailand. While we still couldn’t fly, why not let The Land of Smiles come to you? Parkin’ Chill is a new Thai bistro offering authentic Thai street food and snacks with a chill ambience. Nestled in a car park at Anson Road, enjoy a selection of Thai fares coupled with booze in a no-frills, open air atmosphere.

They’re currently still under soft launch, so menu can be quite limited, and expect longer serving time. Be patient and while waiting for your order, why not snap a few photos with the cute leopard print minivan that portrays a retro vibe?

This place is hard to miss as you’ll notice the quirky, neon signage of Parkin’ Chill from afar. Their menu consists of local Thai street food like Lard Rice with a shiny free-range york, Fried Betel Leaves in Shrimp Oil, Cha Yen, and other fusion snacks and appetizers to pair with Thai beer.
