Here’s How To Make This Simple Sardine Puff From Home Using 2 Ingredients

Since the Movement Control Order has been extended, we’ve all got 2 weeks to stay home. So, with that said, here’s a super easy Sardine Puff that requires only 2 ingredients!

Sardine Puff With 2 Ingredients Makes The Ideal Snack

Okay, let’s be honest with one another. Staying at home is undoubtedly wearing some of us out and it may get a tad boring sometimes. Because of this, we make unnecessary trips to the refrigerator, hoping to reward ourselves with a snack or two. This time, why not make a trip to the kitchen and come out with your very own snack from scratch?

Previously, we’ve shared with you guys a few different Dalgona recipes and some noodle recipes. This time, we’re gonna be sharing a really easy tea time snack for you guys. Besides, all you need are two main ingredients. Ready? Let’s get started.

What you’ll need: 

1 loaf of white bread

1 can of Sardine

Step 1: Separate sardine from its gravy and mash the sardine completely

Step 2: Then, add some chilli, onion to stir-fry for around 5-10 minutes until the sardine taste suits your preference

Step 3: Put a few spoons of sardine on a slice of bread then fold the bread into half

Step 4: Take a glass cup or mug and press against the halved bread to form the shape of a puff

Step 5: Repeat above steps for more slices of bread

Step 6: Heat up the pan, add oil and deep fry the puffs until they turn golden brown

Tea-Time Snack
