Happy Monday foodies! In the blink of an eye, July will be greeting us and it’ll be time to say so long to June. Let’s all admit that 2020 wasn’t exactly how we expected it to be. So, if you’re scrolling your social media for something that will make your Monday less blue, we have it. We all love looking at beautiful things and this post is one of those. It’s this resort in Perak, that has floating villas vibing out a strong Maldives feel. Make way for Pangkor Laut Resort!
Pangkor Laut Resort; A Getaway Trip Closer To Nature
If we all look a little deep within ourselves, we’re all essentially travel junkies. We love a place where we could fully relax, chill, and just get a whiff of fresh air. As we know, traveling right now isn’t the best idea but hey, there’s nothing wrong to just virtually have a staycation in our minds right?
With that said, today, we’ll be making a quick trip over to Perak and explore Pangkor Laut Resort. This luxury resort is located on a privately-owned island three miles off the West Coast of Malaysia. The Pangkor Island is 300-acres and only a portion of it is used to establish Pangkor Laut Resort.
Here, you will find that there are floating villas above tropical waters and it looks just like Maldives (merely an expression). The location itself makes it attractive as the resort is nestled among forest giants, alongside pristine beaches and emerald waters.
It is also an award-winning resort, gaining the title as one of the “Top Resorts in Asia” in the 30th Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards in 2017. Sea Villa, Spa Villa as well as Suria & Purnama Villa are villas on stilts over the sea, overlooking the scenic view of the Straits of Malacca.
#CutiCutiMalaysia
Now that you know about this wondrous resort, you’ll think twice before booking those tickets to the Maldives. Why? Because there’s a look-alike right here in Malaysia and to be honest, there’s no place like home. Bye for now!
