Kids born in the ’90s will know the popular TV channel NTV7. Back then, we would wake up early in the morning just to tune into the channel and anticipate shows like Doraemon, Pokemon, Crayon Shin Chan, Masked Rider and many more. After more than two decades of screening, it’s time for us to bid goodbye to NTV7, as today, 16 February 2021 marks the last day of its transmission.
NTV7 to Be Replaced with Educational Channel, DidikTV KPM:
Known as Malaysia’s second oldest private TV channel, NTV7 has been around since 1998. The TV channel might be even older than some of our readers here! Today marks the last day of its operation, after more than two decades. NTV7 will be replaced with a new educational channel called DidikTV KPM.
What are some of your fondest memories on the channel? From waking up early in the weekend to catch cartoons like Ultraman, Masked Rider, and holding on until evening for Doraemon and Crayon Shin Chan. During the night, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, How I Met Your Mother, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and many more.
