Come with us to explore this festival. Happening this 27 & 28 August 2016, 11am to 11pm in multiple venues along historic Lebuh Muntri and the streets around it. This festival promises to offer an exciting array of foods, drinks, markets, movies and music in one of Penang’s most hidden gems.

The gastronomic focused festival will showcase food from myBurgerLab, Cheong Fatt Tze’s Indigo Heritage Restaurant, and a craft beer tasting session by TAPS’.

myBurgerLab is going to bring two of its best burger to Penangites this time. First, the Ultraman – a Fried Chicken Thigh coated with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce and the Shroom Bomb, which is Cheddar Beef Patty topped with Umami infused Shiitake & Enoki Mushrooms.
Trust me, you’ll regret for not trying their heavenly awesome burgers, especially Ultraman. You can’t really find any other burger joints in Malaysia as good as theirs, said by many.

Indigo Restaurant is known as one of the best of modern Asian delights restaurant in Penang. Serving in a highly ornate and authentically traditional atmosphere. Exclusively for this festival, Indigo Restaurant has came out a brand new menu just to cater this event.

Cheong Fatt Tze’s Indigo Heritage Restaurant will be offering a festival-exclusive four-course menu of exciting fusion delights priced at RM78++, featuring a house salad, roast duck tortilla, grilled Japanese mackerel with pineapple and cucumber, and a pandan panna cotta with sago, gula melaka and red bean.
