KKM: One New COVID-19 Case Confirmed In Penang

Hello, friends! Earlier today, we have posted about a new COVID-19 case in Penang. With news reports and media pages bombarded with this, there was no official release from the government about the case. However, just announced by the Ministry of Health (KKM), the case has now been confirmed.

Accompanying this post, there’s an elaboration that goes 1 local case from the Sivagangga Cluster. As of 7th August, Malaysia recorded 25 new cases, in which 16 are local cases.

In addition, our Penang CM, Chow Kon Yeow has also released an official statement, confirming this news. In the same post, he urged all of us to remain calm and to oblige the SOPs.
