5. HAP Dessert & Toast
For all the Ice Queens and Kings – HAP Dessert & Toast has launched a special Black Sesame Kakigori that reminds us of Chinese vampires (jiangshi)! Traditionally, the vampires are depicted as decaying corpses dressed in funeral robes. A significant characteristic of jiangshi is the paper talisman or sealing spell that is attached onto its forehead.
Though the kakigori looks a little creepy, it actually has a cute detail with the talisman writing that indicates “removing yit hei”. This is why we’re recommending it to all the foodies who are feeling heaty recently!
