Serving premium-quality, contemporary, fine Japanese cuisine, they’ve expanded their wings to Ipoh, Malaysia in 2016, and this year, they’re finally here in Penang!
Hon San, an ex sous-chef at the renowned Nobu, Beijing is currently the head chef at Dozo Malaysia. Having the aspiration to return to his roots, Hon San creates Japanese cuisines that would suit Malaysian tastebuds. When it comes to Japanese restaurants, fresh seafood plays a key role in ensuring customers’ satisfaction. Here at Dozo Malaysia, the seafood is flown in all the way from Japan to ensure its freshness.
