Bukit Larut: A Quiet Spot That Lets You Escape The Heat And City Noises

Previously known as Maxwell Hill, this is the oldest hill resort in Malaysia. Flourished with wildflowers and untamed lush greenery, Bukit Larut remains largely untouched with no malls or theme parks. In addition to its serenity and fresh mountain air, it’s worth mentioning its cool temperature too.

With a temperature of around 10 to 15°C all year round, nature-lovers can enjoy fun activities without sweating much. From jungle trekking to bird-watching, explore the Burmese pool near the foothill or discover the tea garden at the top.
