Beryls Milk Coin Chocolate
Step 1: Set the oven temperature below 200 Celcius and roast chopped almonds in the oven until cooked and crisp.
Step 2: Using the double boiler method, fill the bottom of the double boiler with water and place it on low heat. Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water and allow it to melt. When most of the chocolate is shiny, stir until smooth.
Step 3: After the chocolate completely melts, turn off the heat and set aside. Then, pour the almonds into the melted chocolate and mix it well.
Additional info, make sure to cool down the almonds before pouring into the chocolate. If not the almond will not be crunchy.
Step 4: Using a spoon, scoop the mixture into each of the small paper cups.
Step 5: Refrigerate the finished product for 10 minutes and ready to binge-eat them!
Additional info, for a long-lasting Almond Nibs store in an airtight container. The Almond Nibs will not melt unless you store in a hot area.
