Here’s How To Make Fuss-Free Almond Nibs That Taste Just Like Ferrero Rocher

Hello Foodies! As we face a long haul in isolation, now seems like a good time to test out some new recipes, because there are only so many nights of junk food a person can handle. From the simple store cupboard staples to the ultimate bite-sized nibbles, here’s an Almond Nibs recipe we’re going to whip up in the kitchen while we’re on lockdown!

2-Ingredient Recipe Using Chocolate & Almond To Make Almond Nibs!

If you’re on lockdown with your family, housemates, or your partner, you can just as easily make some fun activities together from your home. Well, if you’re a snack person just like us, this recipe is totally perfect for you. The fuss-free and easy Almond Nibs recipe, making lockdown snacks just got interesting!

Ingredients 

Chopped Almond
Beryls Milk Coin Chocolate

Step 1: Set the oven temperature below 200 Celcius and roast chopped almonds in the oven until cooked and crisp.

Step 2: Using the double boiler method, fill the bottom of the double boiler with water and place it on low heat. Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water and allow it to melt. When most of the chocolate is shiny, stir until smooth.

Step 3: After the chocolate completely melts, turn off the heat and set aside. Then, pour the almonds into the melted chocolate and mix it well.

Additional info, make sure to cool down the almonds before pouring into the chocolate. If not the almond will not be crunchy.

Step 4: Using a spoon, scoop the mixture into each of the small paper cups.

Step 5: Refrigerate the finished product for 10 minutes and ready to binge-eat them!

Additional info, for a long-lasting Almond Nibs store in an airtight container. The Almond Nibs will not melt unless you store in a hot area.
