The newest addition to the supper scene in Penang, Supper is a spot to enjoy a satisfying bowl of MAMA Tom Yum noodles. 3. Abu Mamak @Jalan Larut
KSB Cahaya, also commonly known among others as Abu, is a familiar name to Penangite. The first store being in Penang Road, they have just relocated to a new spot and it’s at Jalan Larut. Serving a wide array of delights such as Maggi Goreng, Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak and more, you’ll never run of things to order here. But if you were to ask us about our recommendation, then it’s got to be their Tom Yam Maggi Goreng!

4. Yum 公猪 Mama Mee
Tucked across the bridge in Bukit Mertajam, Yum 公猪 Mama Mee is another spot to level up your supper game. Slurp-worthy Mama Mee noodle that’s topped with a generous amount of squid, meatballs and prawns, it comes with slices of lime to add an extra kick too. And if you’re a smoked duck fan, don’t forget to try out their deluxe version which comes with Thai-style smoked duck!

Definitely not one of the newest supper spots in Penang, the food at Alamak is what makes it to this list. Brightly lit with vintage-style light bulbs, the relaxing ambiance at Alamak is what makes it special. Serving towering burgers that come with melted cheese, we challenge you to pull as far as you can! On top of that, don’t forget to try their signature Coconut Shack to wash down the food.
