What do you do when you’re craving cakes? Do you go all out to purchase necessary ingredients and bake them yourself? Sure, it might work but it’s no easy feat. Alternatively, you can make your way to this charity Bake Sale in Penang whereby several bakeries gather at one venue. This way, you can try out various cakes from different bakeries. Sounds good?
The Big Bake Sale Day is a 2-day charity event with 4 esteemed bakeries in Penang offering their baked goods. The bakers include Avalynn Cakes with their line of creamy cheesecakes, Oven & Chalice, Cake by X as well as Hi Barry. Also, you can enjoy a slice of designer or premium cakes at only RM5! Definitely a steal.
If you’ve been to any of the bakeries, you’ll know that their cakes are lip-smackingly delicious. And, since this event is only happening for 2 days on 27th & 28th October, you wouldn’t want to miss out on it.
This event is to celebrate the official launch of CakeRush in Penang this November. Cake Rush is an online delivery platform that offers a myriad of cakes right to your doorstep. The launching of Cake Rush will first feature over 40 cakes from 4 different distinctive bakers on offer within the Penang region with more to come in the next few months.
