Whenever someone says discounted books, there is going to be one name that is going to pop up in your mind. Nothing, yet? Well, let us give you a hint. They have recently opened one of the biggest bookstores with the tallest bookshelves at Gurney Paragon Mall. That’s right, we are talking about BookXcess, and this is their second store located out of Klang Valley.

It’s a brand new Instagram Wonderland

Believe it or not, BookXcess in Ipoh is way more Instagram-worthy as compared to the one we have on the island with neon signs and tongue in cheek quotes. You will also be happy to know that they have preserved the buildings original architecture, so you’ll still have the Ipoh vibes if you want to take a snap for the ‘gram with the exterior!

Well, you cannot leave without snapping photos on the basement floor. You will find a total of five different bank vaults for you to explore! It is going to be a special experience, as stepping into bank vaults is a rare opportunity. You will love the fact that pristine bank deposit boxes have been converted into bookshelves! There might be hidden gems inside! Kidding, don’t try to open them.
