This unique recipe has been going on for two generations, originating from the father of the current owner. According to the uncle, he has been operating his hawker business in the same coffee shop for more than 30 years. His experience has allowed many loyal patrons and new customers to continue enjoying his father’s legacy.
A must-try for noodle fans! The Mushroom Chicken Hor Fun comes in two versions: dry and soup, according to the patron’s preference. The dry version gives you a bowl of braised chicken broth, which has a much viscous consistency, along with a mix of flat noodles and rice vermicelli. As for the ingredients, the owner adds chopped Napa cabbage, chicken pieces, juicy mushroom, wood ear, and red chilli for a hint of spice.

If you opt for a lighter taste, the soup version will be a perfect choice. It comes with the same ingredients but with a clear, thin soup that carries the same flavoursome blend of both chicken and mushroom. Not to mention you can also pick your own choice of noodles from the options including hor fun, yellow noodles, and both thick and thin vermicelli.
