There are loads of Halloween nights out in Penang with things to do around Halloween ranging from the traditional apple bobbing Halloween games, to full on dance till you drop fancy dress Halloween parties, what’s more loads of Penang restaurants will be getting out the cobwebs and altering their menus to add a Halloween flavor. This Saturday, things are about to get spooky as The Top Penang Komtar celebrates the Craziest Halloween Tower Festival with the theme’ Creepy Town’ haunting you down!
