Nestled in Lebuh Tye Sin, Holy Crabs is a new kid on the block specializing in crabs, big fat crabs. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a casual layout, with quirky wall art of crabs that elevates the fun, unpretentious vibe.
What laid upstairs was the thing that impressed us most. You know how a lot of seafood restaurants would use frozen seafoods to cut down the cost and maximize their profit margins? Well that is not the case at Holy Crabs. They store their own live crabs upstairs and are pawned upon orders to preserve the freshness of the crabs.
Dive into a Menu Full of Succulent, Big Crabs:
Holy Crab’s menu is pretty straightforward, and unlike other places that mark crabs with “market price,” this place tells you the prices straight. Best part is, their crabs are weighed at an average of 500-600 grams each, which is bigger than what is usually offered in the market (400g++).
You won’t find any fancy flavors for the crabs here. They’re cooked in the simplest way to fully preserve the flavors and freshness of the seafood. We tried out their crabs and they were so succulent, the juices exploded in our mouth, heavenly!
