Every day is Taco Tuesday at Noble Experiment!
You have probably heard of Noble Experiment. Or, at least seen them on Facebook or Instagram. If you haven’t, it is about time for you to check them out. Noble Experiment is known for their extremely quirky promotions. Noble Experiment’s promotions are like no other. Wear funky socks, and have one-inch fingernail and get some free cocktails were just some of their out of this world promotions.
Nestled among the shop lots at Lebuh Lembah Permai, Noble Experiment is pretty spacious. We love the modern interior that is a combination of classy and fun! The bar looks like an absolute gem and works as a pretty great spot for photo opportunity with your friends and family. The murals that are painted on the wall are super colourful, and it surely makes you feel like dancing. Birthday parties and other events are welcome!
My Head Says Gym, But My Heart Says Tacos.
Here are some things that you should know about Noble Experiment’s tacos. They are made with soft flour tortillas. Ditch cutleries, and grab it by the hands! It is packed with ingredients, so you need to hold it firmly. By the way, hard corn shell and lettuce wraps are available too. Okay, ready? Here are some of our favourites from Noble Experiments that you will need to order!
1. Thai-Tanium (RM18)
We are starting off the list with a bang! Thai-Tanium is packed with kow soy shrimp, papaya slaw, red onion, and cilantro. As the name has suggested, this taco has the flavours of Thai cuisines. It is made with a generous amount of fresh shrimps that is hidden at the bottom layer. Papaya slaw is overflowing, giving Thai-Tanium that refreshing taste!
2. I Found Nemo (RM16)
Don’t worry, it is not made with clownfish! I Found Nemo is packed with beer-battered fish, cabbage slaw, and lime crema. Beer-battered gives that fish a soft crunch! Pairing it with cabbage slaw, and lime crema, also gives the taco a refreshing taste. In our humble opinion, it feels like having fish and chips without the hassle of cutting it into smaller pieces!
3. Chick-Potle
We are telling you, Noble Experiment surely has a way with words. Feast on Chick-Potle! It is chicken cooked in a creamy chipotle sauce with refried beans topped with lettuce, tomato, and lime peanut sauce. Surprisingly, the combination of creamy chipotle sauce and lime peanut sauce goes really well together. We have a feeling it will taste well in lettuce wrap too!
4. Super Falafel-ness (RM15)
Oh, trust us when we say that there are tacos for everyone. This one is vegetarian! Super Falafel-ness is packed with homemade falafel, cucumber, tomato, and yogurt sauce. The falafel itself is pretty dry. Thankfully, the yogurt sauce is here to save the day! This taco is probably one of the healthier options. If you haven’t tried a falafel before, this is a must-order as their rendition is pretty neat!
The Bigger, The Better.
Are you in love with tacos? How about a really big one? We have tried their Moo Moo Grass, and it is so fun to eat! Just imagine salad served in a taco bowl! Mix grilled beef, lettuce, chimichurri sauce, red onion, tomato, cilantro, avocado, and lime crema together before taking your first bite. Break some taco, and serve some salad on it! Super fun!
Some other fun options include Tostadas (in the picture). If you are looking for something to share while drinking some cocktails with your girlfriends, there are a variety of chips available including Nacho Libre, Chips & Guacamole, Chips & Salsa, and Chips & Pico De Gallo. Not sure what to order? Just ask their friendly staff for some recommendations!
There Are Cocktails Made With Chilli Padi & Thai Herbs! 
Noble Experiment’s cocktails are worth checking out. Start off with something as simple as Margarita, and go all the way extreme with cocktails such as Thai Mojito, The Hot Botanist, and Kampung Boy. Thai Mojito has Thai herbs and spices in the concoction, chilli padi can be found in The Hot Botanist, and Kampung Boy is sweet with Gula Melaka. Special, right?
Pros & Cons Of Visiting Noble Experiment.
Pros: Eating tacos. Cons: Finishing the tacos. So, when are you going to visit Noble Experiment? It is a place that we highly recommend on visiting. If you are planning to visit with a big group, it will be best for you to make a reservation beforehand.
