The owner at Cheezborger was an ex-chef who, like many, suffered consequences due to the pandemic. Ever since MCO was implemented, the restaurant Chef Syazwan was working at had to cease operations. As a result of that, Syazwan himself decided to take matters into his own hands by starting his very own gourmet burger stall.
Here at The Cheezeborger, you get quality gourmet burgers but with a street food experience. When you spot this humble stall, you’ll immediately be greeted by a waft of caramelized onions and grilled patties.
Using only imported New Zealand Beef Brisket results in burgers with juice-seeping patty, which is ultimately what we all look for in a burger. And here, you can pick from a small menu offering only 5 different burgers, with signatures being PB&J, Breakfast All Day, and Backyard BBQ.
Yes, you’ve read it right. It’s PB&J, peanut butter and jelly gourmet burger. If you think this is one of those uncanny combinations that will ultimately go wrong, then think again. Because when we’ve tried it, we could not help but dig in more! It combines the sweetness from the jam and saltiness from both the peanut butter and beef patty—it’s Foodie approved!
