Balik Pulau Street Stall Specialize In making ‘Ayam Pasu’
PitStop ROUTE P14 is a well-known street stall in Balik Pulau for serving ‘Ayam Pasu’ (flowerpot roasted chicken). They are getting a lot of attention thanks to the fasting season but they have been operating at the same location for almost 3 years now. The stall is operated by the owner, Mohd Fazli Abdul Rahman, and 3 other people and they can fire up to 12 flowerpots at a time.
Offering Roast Chicken, Beef And Mutton
But of course, if you don’t fancy roast chicken, you can always opt for other roasted delicacies such as Roast Beef or Roast Mutton. The price for a whole roasted chicken will be RM25, while half a chicken costs RM13. Which is really affordable when you think about it. Meanwhile, beef and mutton each cost RM12 / 150gram and RM15 / 150gram respectively.

You can be sure that each of their roasted goods is juicy and lip-smacking good because they were marinated for 2 hours before roasted for 20 minutes.
