COVID-19: No New Cases Reported In Penang As Of 13th April, Total Remains 116

Hello Penangites! Just yesterday, Malaysia reports a staggering figure of 4800, nearly 5000 positive COVID-19 cases. But, here’s a piece of good news amidst all the havoc. Penang reports zero new cases as of 13th April 2020.

Penang Reports Zero New COVID-19 Cases As Of 13th April 2020

Now we all know how dire COVID-19 really is as it has been declared as a global pandemic. The extension of the Movement Control Order is to curb the increment of positive cases here in Malaysia. As long as we abide by the rules, stay at home and avoid leaving our houses unless necessary, we can all slow down the spread of the Coronavirus.

Penang reported zero new cases yesterday and while this may be a piece of news we can all rejoice at, the hussle isn’t going to end here. According to Malaysia’s Health DG, the third wave is bound to hit Malaysia and so, this is the time to be on high alert.

Discharged: 94

Active Cases: 21

Death Total: 1
