The number of cases in Kedah has been rising hence a 14-day EMCO has been imposed on the district. This EMCO will begin from 11th September 2020 at 12:01am until 25th September 2020.
Putrajaya Announces A 14-Day EMCO For The Kedah District
The number of Covid-19 cases has been increasing from the cluster of Tawar, Sivagangga, and Sungai. During this EMCO, traveling in and out of the state is prohibited as well. Besides that, all religious centers and schools will be closed however only stores that are selling essential items are allowed to be open.
Moreover, only one person from a household is allowed to go out and buy supplies and the daily market will be open from 6am until 2pm. No dine-in guests are allowed at any food provider outlets and only takeaways are allowed.
