By now, we all know that the battle with the pandemic isn’t over. Heading into MCO 3.0, let’s admit that there are businesses out there having to take its toll. Today, it is with a heavy heart for us to get the word out there about yet another closure. Kazan Dessert by The Volcano, known for serving pocket cheese toast will be ceasing its operations.
Kazan Dessert Is Saying Goodbye On 31st May 2021
Tucked in Queensbay Mall Penang, Kazan Dessert kickstarted its journey back in January 2020. When they first opened in Penang, foodies from all walks of life were stoked to try out what they have to offer. Specializing in pocket toasts, they are essentially toasts that are stuffed to the edge with fillings such as cheese, milk cream, and even fruits!
In fact, the cheese pocket toast was our personal favourite due to its stretchy cheese pull and the melt-in-your-mouth cheese fillings. As the saying goes, all good things will eventually come to an end, so is Kazan Dessert and their range of feel-good pocket toasts.
Announced on their official Facebook page, Kazan will be closing its doors on the 31st of May 2021.
This Is Goodbye
