Inter-District Travel Now Allowed Except In Sabah, Inter-State Travel Still Prohibited
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has just announced in today’s press conference that inter-district travel is now allowed in all states except for Sabah. However, he also mentioned that inter-state travel is still prohibited for now.
This was after 4 MCO states in Malaysia were announced to be lifted and replaced with CMCO. The 4 states are Selangor, KL, Johor and Penang. The lifting of MCO in these 4 states was a result of the decrease in the number of COVID-19 cases.
Stay Safe And Abide By The SOPs
Although inter-district travel is now allowed, we should all still abide by the SOPs to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe. Stay safe, Malaysians!
