Homemade Pandan Kaya Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of Pandan juice (blend about 5 pandan leaves)
1 cup sugar (adjust according to your preference)
Coconut milk (1 box, 200g)
1 cup milk
2 tbsp condensed milk
3 tbsp corn starch
1 egg
Salt to taste
A drop of green colouring (optional)
Directions
- In a small pot, add in all the ingredients
- Turn on the heat and stir the ingredients until they turn shiny
- Once they turn shiny, turn off the heat
- Can be enjoyed immediately by spreading on a slice of bread, or store in containers
