Somehow during MCO, we always make unnecessary trips to the refrigerator, hoping that new food will magically appear each time we do that. But here’s a friendly reality check: they don’t. So, how about saving your fridge trip for the next time you really know you have something in there? With that said, let’s make our own ice-cream!
Homemade Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Of course, when we see ice-cream, the little kid in us is already jumping up for joy. Since we’re not encouraged to leave home and movies don’t make sense without a tub of ice cream, we’re here to save your day. Just follow this simple recipe and you’re good to go. Whenever you’re ready, just scroll over.
Ingredients
1 can of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of Ovalette
4-5 tablespoons of cocoa powder/milo powder
Step 1: Put in all the ingredients (except for cocoa/milo powder) into a bowl
Step 2: Using a mixer, mix the ingredients well for about 10-15 minutes until they have a soft peak
Step 3: Then, add in cocoa/milo powder and mix well until it has a thick consistency
Step 4: Add in your preferred toppings such as chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, oreo crumbs, etc
Step 5: Refrigerate overnight before enjoying.
