The showstopper is none other than its Batik House. Located right next to the gazebo, the stunning Batik House is a perfect spot for family photos. Other must-see elements include wau (Malaysian moon-kite), beca (a three-wheeled vehicle), and sampan (wooden boat).
Interestingly, there is also a chicken coop! After all, no kampungs are complete without a family of a mother hen with her little roosters and chicks! To take a step further, Mandy Maung (also known as MAMA), will be showcasing her impressive oil paintings. The self-taught oil painter and illustrator is notable for the segment of Orikata Tales. You will need to check out her Batik Origami animals in the Batik House!
Kuda Kepang, Gamelan Performance, Batik Demo & Workshops
No festivities are complete without some delightful performances and workshops!
