Fusion Bakery highly focuses on the taste and texture of their creations. At present, the menu consists of six different types of baked goods. Get your hands on Signature Butter Cake, Double Cheese Butter Cake, Pandan Butter Cake, Cocoa Zebra Cake, Matcha Zebra Cake, and Coffee Zebra Cake. Served as a whole cake, it is a bang for your bucks with the price ranging from RM17 to RM 21 each.
Starting off the list with Signature Butter Cake, it is the best option if you are looking for something absolutely buttery. Baked with two layers of cheese, Double Cheese Butter Cake is the epitome of sweet and salty. Using a notable local ingredient, Pandan Butter Cake is a hit among Penangites. The cake exudes a wonderful pandan fragrant as it uses fresh pandan leaves to create the puree. Highly recommended? Yes!
Looking for cakes with characters? The Zebra series will be a great centerpiece for meals. Slice it open, and you will immediately notice the elegant pattern in the cake, too! Introducing Cocoa Zebra Cake, the perfect treat for all ages. Using premium matcha, matcha lovers will definitely vibe with Matcha Zebra Cake.
