Forest Cloud Opens A New Specialty Beverage Experience Store
Does the whimsical name sound familiar to you? Forest Cloud has been around for almost five years before embarking on this grand adventure of opening a specialty beverage experience store. Strategically located at Penang Road, the new outlet by the coffee start-up is more than just a cafe. The experience store is a combination of a coffee roaster, coffee academy, R&D coffee lab, and coffee machine clinic.
Yes, that’s right! You will be able to learn about everything under the sun about coffee. In no time, you will be a professional barista at home. Located in a heritage building, the structure was given a facelift with a fresh new paint job, welcoming glass doors, and a blue awning that matches Forest Cloud’s notable colours. Step inside, and you will find modern seatings on the left, with a long bar counter on the right.
Expect the baristas to be fully prepared to answer any questions. Their impeccable skills beautifully translate into thirst-quenching beverages. The small yet well-curated menu comprises of coffee and non-coffee beverages. For coffee, do check out their filter coffee. The list of non-coffee beverages is pretty interesting with kombucha, a rare offering in Penang.
