Inspired by their daughter, the loving couple Jasey and Edwin established Brownies Ethusiast by J. Although they have started baking in 2014, the brownie business started to go full speed during the very first MCO. Due to the economic situation, Edwin’s business was shutting down. With one door closes, Edwin and Jasey worked hard to start the brand, took care of their newborn, while Jasey maintains her day job.
As a self-taught baker, Jasey spends a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with the best methods and ingredients to create the fudgiest brownie. As a result, brownies from Brownies Ethusiast by J are rich in flavour, and beautifully dense yet creamy in texture. Baked freshly upon orders, there are many interesting creations to try from!
A Brownie A Day Keeps The Frownies Away
First up, indulge in the Basic Brownie. To elevate the moist and rich brownie, it is added with smoked sea salt flakes for a little twist. Inspired by Snicker bars, Snicker Brownie is a mixture of honey nougat, salted caramel, peanut chunks, peanut butter, and extra dark chocolate ganache. For peanut butter loves, you will need to get your hands on PB Cookie Dough Brownie.
This beautiful creation is made with homemade peanut butter, raw cookie dough, and roasted salty peanut chunks. Salty and savoury at the same time, it is the best both of worlds. Next up, S’more Brownie! The beautiful brownie is a mixture of graham cracker crust, topped off with torched french meringue. Need we say s’more? Other delicious creations include Cheezy Brownie, Blondie Brownie, and Bronana Brownie.
