Good day foodies! Today’s post is especially dedicated to all coffee lovers! If you consider sipping on coffee a holy grail then you must have already heard of this famous Kyoto cafe, % Arabica. Well fellow Penangites, they will be opening the very first Penang outlet soon! Keep reading as we share with you guys more details about this cafe!
World-Renowned Kyoto Cafe % Arabica Is Expanding To Malaysia
First of all, % Arabica is an Instagram-worthy cafe that boasts a minimalistic interior. When you set foot into this cafe, you’ll be greeted by a monochrome wall with pastings of their glorious logo, %. With their motto of “See The World Through Coffee” they’re finally seeing Penang this time around. The very first outlet of % Arabica was in Hong Kong and it started gaining recognition from their Kyoto outlet.
Back in 2018, % Arabica expanded their coffee journey over to Singapore and the opening day oversees a long queue from fellow Singaporeans. As of right now, there are a total of 3 outlets in Singapore alone. And guess what? They will be coming over to Malaysia very soon and Penang is on their list! Woohoo!
We’ve confirmed this because on their official Facebook page, they posted that they are carrying out location hunting for their Penang outlet. The Penang map shows a marker on Penang International Airport but hey, we’re not speculating anything just yet. And since this is just % Arabica’s location hunting, there are no confirmed details but we’re pretty sure Penang will have our very first % Arabica outlet soon.
So, as of right now, let’s just feast our eyes with their aesthetically pleasing pictures. It’s no doubt why this cafe is making an appearance on everyone’s feed, it’s really so pretty! Now it just makes us wanna fly over to Singapore for a cup of coffee.
Since there’s no confirmation regarding the opening date and location, we’ll keep track and let you guys know when we know of anything. We promise you’ll be the first to know!
