What’s the MSME Digital Grant 2025?
This grant is part of a joint initiative by Ministry of Finance (MOF), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDEC) & Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), designed to help small businesses like yours go digital.
Through the MSME Digital Grant 2025, Foodie Media is proud to offer 50% off video ads, empowering Malaysian cafés, restaurants, and retailers to grow their brand with us.” – Pinn Yang.
Here’s how it works:
Let’s say you go for a Foodie Video package priced at RM6,000 (inclusive of 8% SST):
- You only pay RM3,240 (50%) to Funding Societies within 14 days of approval.
- The remaining RM3,240 will be covered by BSN.
Who’s eligible?
- Malaysian-owned businesses (at least 60% local ownership).
- Registered with SSM or SKM.
- Operational for at least 6 months.
- Minimum annual revenue of RM50,000.
- Haven’t received this grant before.

How to apply:

Submit your application via the official link here [application opens on 20th July 2025]
- Prepare these documents:
- NRIC (front & back) of the owner/director
- Latest SSM Business Profile
- Latest audited/management accounts or last 2 months’ bank statements
- A quotation or invoice
Applications are usually processed within 3–7 working days, and you’ll get an email notification once it’s approved.
Payment info:
- Once approved, pay your 50% share to Funding Societies via FPX (you’ll get a link in your email).
- Important: Do not transfer payment directly to GFM.
- You’ll receive a receipt via email once payment is complete.
