Giving another charm to the iconic Blue Mansion, Cafe Mangga is one of the newest addition to the cafe scene in Penang. Located along Lebuh Leith, you can find this laid-back cafe right before the main entrance to the mansion. There, you will be welcomed by a delightful cafe that is tucked underneath an old mango tree. The outdoor picnic atmosphere will take your breath away making it the perfect spot for tea time.
