Original Cake 源味本鋪
Good news for Penangite! Original Cake 源味本鋪 will be opening at Gurney Plaza this Saturday (20 May). In conjunction with celebrating its first store in Penang, they will be giving away 500 boxes of cakes (original flavour) on a first-come, first-served basis. So, mark your calendar now!

Kraffmen Cafe
Kraffmen is a newly opened minimalist cafe in town! We visited them last week and we really love its vibe and unique milkshakes there. The menu is heavily influenced by Melbourne culture, which is something new Kraffmen has to offer.

Black Kettle
Black Kettle is not a new name to most of the Penangites. So why do you need to try it out this week? Cuz Black Kettle is serving a brand new French-inspired menu right now, which is heartily crafted by international top chef James Won. It’s definitely one of our favourites and was featured in one of our 23 must visit cafe in Penang.
We tried both of their all-time-bestsellers: Cream of Mushroom Pasta (RM19.00) and BK Chicken Chop (RM19.00). Both were really impressive and they definitely won our heart (especially the pasta!). So, if you are checking them out this week, you know what to order! *wink*

Operating hour: Mon-Fri: 10am-1130pm Sat-Sun:10am-1230am
