#1 Fly Me To
Enjoy your brunch with the most amazing view overlooking the city and Komtar tower! Fly Me To is a brand new cafe in Penang nestled on the rooftop of Wow Hotel. They’re officially opening their doors on the 25th October 2021, that’s less than a week from now. Who’s excited?

#2 Talent Kitchen
Talent Kitchen is a new addition to the bustling food scene at Bukit Mertajam. An industrial-themed restaurant fairly hidden within one of the old shophouses. The highlight of the restaurant is that they provide zero menu. Every dish presented to your table will be an element of surprise, sounds exciting right? We heard they’re opening their doors on 1st November 2021. Definitely one of the few new places in Penang that we look forward to!

#3 老巷子_De Antique
While De Antique isn’t exactly new-new, they’ve reopened at a new location. Best known for their aesthetic space and watermelon, they’ve recently moved to the parking lot, just behind Dua Sua Ka cafe at Bukit Mertajam. De Antique is open for takeaway only at the moment, but you’ll still be able to capture a few Instagrammable shots at their space.

#4 GravyBaby
Those who’ve been following us might have already noticed this brand new places in Penang. A broad-themed restaurant in KL famous for cocktails and pies, GravyBaby is opening their first outlet in Penang soon at Lebuh Chulia! Renovation is still in progress, but according to their official post on Instagram, they might be able to welcome guests by the end of October. So fingers crossed. This is only the first out of 5 outlets that GravyBaby is opening in this state.
