We’re talking about the pioneer of brunch in Penang, Macallum Connoisseurs Coffee which started way back in 2015. Besides being a cafe and a restaurant they are also a coffee academy and a roastery. Although the name of this next cafe is Unknown, they are pretty well-known among Penangites. With its first outlet being established in George Town, they have now expanded to a 2nd outlet at Queens Waterfront. All along, Unknown Cafe has been known for serving yummy fusion brunch options like Golden Chicken Katsu Curry Donburi, Tomyam Seafood Bisque, Pasta, and their recent viral release; Cookie Cup Coffee is also worth trying. With a brand new look, the place is even cozier now and among their brunch menu, you can find hearty options like Strawberry Pancakes, Blueberry French Toast, Chicky Salsa & Shroomy Corn, and many more. The space at Chapel Street is minimalistic with just the right amount of green that makes it vibrant, clean, and fresh.
