Currently, the Executive Chef of Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao in Shandong China, Chef Fabio has a wealth of experience spanning 23 years. Chef Fabio enjoyed a successful career in distinguished five-star luxury properties in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. His creative inventions and adept culinary skills have garnered numerous awards and accolades including “Chef of the Year Award 2015” by Grand Hotel Media Magazine and TV programme “You are the Chef”. With so many titles, you know he’s got skills and his dishes ain’t going to disappoint you. So get your taste buds ready (Ps: They’re exclusive so read till the end to find out more)
Chef Fabio will feature his famous signature dishes which highlights the best of his 17 dishes at Sigi’s Bar and Grill. You can expect a choice of starters comprising Beef Keftedes, Gambas Bravas or Greek Salad. Followed by choice of soups Pondicherry or Chick Peas. Pastas are either Rigatoni Norma or Potato Gnocchi (Where else can you find gnocchi in Penang?). After that diners have the option of choosing risotto with either Scallop or Mushrooms. Bear in mind that this isn’t even the main course yet.
Main course features multiple choices of Harissa Salmon Steak, Australian Beef Loin, Sea Bass Fillet, Affumicato Pizza or Moroccan Lamp Tagine. For dessert are options for Panna Cotta Mont Blanc and Classic Tiramisu or Blueberries. My goodness, so much to eat and so many choices to choose from. Where else can you find such goodness but Sigi’s Grill and Bar?
Besides that, Chef Fabio’s exquisite Tasting four-course set dinner menu is also available. Pricing at RM168 nett per person, It includes wine pairings to complement his four-course meal at Sigi’s Bar and Grill. Starting from Beef Keftedes, Pondicherry Soup, Harissa Salmon Steak or Australia Beef Loin and Panna Cotta Mont Blanc for dessert.
When is it Available at Sigi’s Bar and Grill ?
Throughout March 2018, you’ll get to try out Chef Fabio’s Signature Dishes and Tasting four-course set dinner. Also, all diners are entitled for lucky draw entries, with attractive prizes for lucky winners.
Chef Fabio will conduct an exclusive Cooking Demonstration for his signature Pizza on 28 February from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sigi’s Bar & Grill.
