Former Mediacorp Actress Ong Ai Leng, uses her platform on social media to encourage her followers to work out. A fitness enthusiast herself, she is very active on Instagram and constantly shares her workout journey, including tips and tricks.

The 42-year-old started focusing on fitness in 2016 and has reaped visible rewards on her, just look at her body! She looks like she’s in her early 30s, with a healthy body shape and mind.
