Jokers’ Breakfast is probably one of the hottest breakfast spots in Penang right now. Sounds like a cafe, but no. It’s actually located in Kee San Kopitiam. Jokers’ Breakfast is packed almost throughout the day, be prepared for an enthusiastic crowd as early as 8.00am.

Jokers’ Breakfast gives us a very good impression when we first entered. We can actually sense their passion and enthusiasm in cooking, especially and strive to serve the very best breakfast to patrons. There’s an old saying: “Do it with passion of not at all”.

This dish called Joke Of The Day, but seriously, no joke. Everything on this plate is amazingly done. It might look simple, but it probably the best breakfast set I ever had in a Kopitiam setting. What’s on the plate? We got grilled bacon, scramble egg, grilled sausage, grilled ham, salted mushoom, grilled tomato, mashed potato & toast.

The taste was actually above our expectation. What we exceptionally love: the super delicious mashed potato, nicely done scramble egg & ham! We really impressed!

The wrap is awesome and fulfilling. I love the idea of matching ham, cheese and mayo inside, it has got the kick! Oh ya! The salad is something worth mentioning too. Shouldn’t leave without trying it!

Overall, we love our visit to Jokers’ Breakfast as it exceeded our expectation. The food’s quality is great and the service as well. The price is pretty affordable and the portion is generous too. Should you visit? Yes, you should!
