1. Pulau Aman

To all seafood lovers, Pulau Aman is the place for you if you’re looking for fresh seafood. Don’t forget to try out the famous Mee Udang when you’re there. Moreover, if you’re an early bird you will be able to get some freshly caught seafood by the fishermen. You will be able to get some amazing shots here as well of the breathtaking scenery.

2. Cubopark

This new container mall is every Instagrammer’s heaven. There are so many spots for your #OOTD post. Moreover, there are a few cafes that you can check out as well because getting those Instagram shots can be really tiring.

Whether you’re a durian lover or not, this serene place is the perfect place for you to escape the hustle and bustle of your busy life. At Karuna Hill, durian is being served every day while at Bao Sheng Durian Farm, there is a personalized tasting session for the guests.

Batu Ferringhi may be a well-known beach in Penang but it can be really packed so why not check out Pantai Kerachut which is also known as Monkey Beach? This is the smallest national park in Malaysia. Before relaxing at this amazing beach, you can hike up the hill while enjoying the nature that is surrounding you.

Most cyclist in Penang will know about this place so if you’re not familiar, do check out this cycling park. This cycling park is one of the stops that will lead you to a spot that will allow you to enjoy the view of Penang’s Second Bridge. On a beautiful day, you may be able to enjoy the gorgeous sunset here.

Take a day trip to this goat farm to feed and pet them. Moreover, you will be able to buy fresh goat’s milk, nutmeg yogurt drink, goat’s milk pudding and goat’s milk with brown sugar bun here as well. Besides goats, there are a number of different animals that you can check out too.

7. Pulau Jerejak

Pulau Jerejak used to be a British detention camp and a leper colony. Today, you can actually take a boat there to check out the ruins from the history of this island. Moreover, there are different kinds of activities such as rock climbing, archery, zip-lining, jungle trekking, mountain biking and abseiling that you can do with your friends and family during your visit.

Here at Frog Hill, the turquoise water reflects the blue sky gives you the perfect opportunity to get an amazing Instagram shot. This is an abandoned quarry that is located at Tasek Gelugor. It may be a difficult place to locate but once you’ve found this gem, it is well worth it.
